Employer Information for the Instructor Development Course. Thank You for considering our product. We believe in our system and for less then the price of an LCD projector we offer your attendee the opportunity to improve the performance your company's key role-models. We offer several reasons to choose our product. Here we list some additional information geared specifically to the employer.

One can not achieve growth without practice. We offer a five day course. Most courses present information with little time for student practice and feedback. We see five days as the minimal amount of time necessary to present information to the attendee and give them the opportunity to practice new skills with a group of peers. This session is designed to allow the student to try, fail, and grow. Without practice, a training attendee either tends to try the new skill and fail in the work place or play it safe and do nothing with the new learning.

Make the most out of your money and employees time. A five day course allows you to average down your daily training expenses while getting a full weeks development from your employee. The employee essentially sacrifices the travel time. This willingness is a key factor in determining the real motivation of a training request.

Low instructor to student ratio 1 to 8 maximum. This provides your student with a lot of one-to-one mentoring without the cost of a "professional coach". The combination of practice and individual attention allows us maximize the training dollars invested in your student.

We expect performance from your student and will provide feedback. Generally our students are sponsored by a corporate entity and will receive the training, per diem, and wages for the week in session. On request, we will report back on student attendance, timeliness, and willingness to improve to the paying entity. You deserve that from us and your attendee.
